Billing

You can pay with credit card. We use Stripe, so you can rest assured that your card will be safe. If for some reason, you don’t want to pay with credit card, we can make an exception and accept PayPal payments or bank transfers to our German account.
No. You can cancel at any moment. You can even hire us one month, pause the next and contract the next month. The idea is to provide you all the flexibility to use Instamatico when you need it. If you want to pause or cancel, simply write us on WhatsApp or email us. Without further questions, we will revoke the automatic payment and work on your account until the last day of your subscription.
At checkout, you will see that we ask you to subscribe to an automatic monthly payment with credit card. You can cancel at any time. Remember that you will have to notify us of your cancellation before your new month begins. Example, if Instamatico starts working on your account on the 15th of each month, you must notify us before the 15th of the next month so that we can cancel the automatic payment. The service will run until your credit ends (in other words the 14th) and the following month you will not be charged anymore.
We do offer a 7-day Money Back Guarantee for new clients. After that, we won’t be able to give you your money back. Yes! If you refer clients to us, we will pay you 30% of your friend’s first payment. Example: you recommend Instamatico to your colleague Marie. We have a call with her, and she decides to hire Instamatico a month. Once she makes the payment, you will have earned a 30% commission. We usually pay our affiliates at the end of the month. It is important that your referrals tell us that you recommended them.
